Since 12/14, I have been in the hospital. I only have wonderful things to say about the staff. They were very caring and supportive. Went to the emergency department with my mother and they were very attentive and kind. A very disturbed and combative person came in and he was placed next to her which made me nervous but the staff were quick to move her. All questions were answered.

For an emergency room visit, I had an excellent experience. I was in and out in two hours, and while I was there, I was treated with respect, and my concerns were acknowledged and addressed.

Came here today for an emergency situation for my partner. The care exhibited by the entire emergency room and surgery team was amazing and probably the best experience we have ever had at a NYC hospital. Great work all around.

I own a hair salon down the street so it is convenient for me to get my regular check ups and get back to my Salon. I understand everyone has a different experience but for me its a good place to get all the general health checkups and get back to hair styling.

My mom was treated for a Foot infection. She has the best experience possible during her stay. The nurses and doctors all took care of her. The attention they gave my mom is exceptional. It’s never good to be in the hospital but when you receive the care and support, it makes the stay very positive. Thank you to all the personnel at Mount Sinai Queens
